Civilian Aide to the Secretary of the Army

Centered on a white flag with a 3-foot hoist and 4-foot fly with yellow fringe, the United States Coat of Arms in proper colors on a scarlet background, encircled by the words “SECRETARY OF THE ARMY CIVILIAN AIDE” in yellow letters, separated by two yellow bullets at center line, letters on a green designation band with an inner and outer border in yellow.
The flag design was approved by the Secretary of the Army on 13 August 2003.
